Turmoil is the 2nd in the Bratva Fury series. I do recommend reading the first as we meet Nik in that one. This story has 20 chapters and is about Nik and Raven.

So we start off with Nik being Jade’s bodyguard and taking her to her doctor’s appointment.That’s where he sees Raven again. He hasn’t seen her in 3 years and even though they were both head over heels for the other, he left her so his work wouldn’t touch her. He still thinks of her daily. He has been with ow after her, but only for a night. She hasn’t been with anyone.

When he sees Raven, he realizes they made a son and he didn’t know. She thinks for a split second that Jade is his, but that’s fixed quickly. He’s so pissed at himself because he thought he was doing the right thing, but realizes how wrong he truly was. But now that he has Raven back in his sights, he’s going to fight for his second chance. I loved these two together. She was a little hesitant at first, but push/pull didn’t last very long. It did move pretty fast.

They have to deal with the person who wants to hurt Nik by going after his family. Nik killed Bjorn’s son for raping and torturing a woman and now Bjorn wants Nik’s son. I loved this one. I love the way she allows previous characters to continue through the series.

Slight ow when a waitress puts her number in Nik’s pocket, but it was over just as quickly. Om in the form of her boss/ex-boss who wants her, but that was over quickly too.

Such a great read. Absolutely loved it. There was a little talk of rape, but it wasn’t descriptive. I love this author. Didn’t think I would like this series as well as the Elementals MC series, but I was wrong. I loved it. No epilogue. Great read. I gave it 4 stars. Thanks for reading. Hope you check it out.
