I’m reviewing Link’d Up By Harley Stone, it’s the 1st in the Dead Presidents Mc Series. This story is about Link and Emily. It has 22 chapters.

So we see from the prologue that Link is already hot for Emily from her picture. She’s a lawyer and he’s the president of an MC.His MC is full of ex military and they help vets get back on their feet, so not the typical MC.

He needs her to represent his best friend. He needs her to save Havoc as he went to jail for beating the shit out of the mayor’s son because he caught him raping a girl. She checks it out and decides to take the case. Both of them are very interested in the other.

I loved Jayson, Emily’s assistant, he was funny and fit it just perfectly. We also see that she caught her ex cheating, which is why he’s an ex, but he keeps trying to get her back, but she’s not going to go there again. So there is slight om drama, but doesn’t last long and she takes care of it, and Link speaks up too.

So we see that Link could get Havoc out on bail, but Havoc wants to stay in so that he can recruit another vet who is in there.

Even though I think that this has a touch of instalove/lust, it’s not overboard. I do have to say there is lots of hot rough sex, with spanking and hair pulling, so if you’re not ok reading that then you need to skip this one.

Link has pretty much already claimed her but after the time in his office, he lets her go to think.She’s a little shaken with how much she feels for him.

I love their bantering back and forth. I love how he’s all in and he does put her in her place when she introduces him as her client and bodyguard. He wants her and isn’t hiding that fact. I love them together.

The MC finds a woman who was raped by the mayor’s son and gets her and brings her in for protection. They don’t tell Emily in the beginning because she would have to disclose her evidence about her witness and they are trying to protect both of them.

When she meets with the mayor, Linc is pissed which makes her pissed. They are pretty hot together, even their bantering is hot.

The MC finds the girl that Noah was raping and to get to her, they have to tell Emily.Emily finds out about the other girl that was already at the station and for a split second she is pissed thinking Link doesn’t trust her, but when she thinks about it, she realizes he was protecting her.

Someone kidnaps her grandmother and she has to put her trust in Linc and the MC to find her while she concentrates on the case. Link does find her grandmother, but they find a whole lot of other stuff too, so the FBI arrests the mayor and his son.

I loved this one and yeah, I’m a fan. There is no one else once they see each other. No separation, no op drama that disturbs the relationship. Great read. Epilogue has them engaged and we’ll see them in the next stories too, even though each book is about a different couple. I gave it 5****. Hope you check it out. Thanks for reading.
