My review for Quite Frankly: Dilf Mania by Mayra Statham

Blurb: I did something over-the-top crazy! Not only did I have my first one-night stand, but it was with an older man. I even called him Daddy! I was on top of the world. A great job, amazing friends, beautiful new place all while riding the high of fun, kinky sex!

Until I find out my mysterious older man is not only my new landlord but also my best friend’s dad.

Quite frankly, I should walk away. I just can’t keep my hands to myself. But if you saw this Dilf, you wouldn’t want to either! What’s a girl to do?

May be spoilers:

This story is book 5 in the Beech Grove series. It has 11 chapters and an epilogue. It’s about Frank and Karina.

Book opens up to them having some really hot sex, with spanking. They had a connection right off the bat, which was pretty hot. There is daddy talk, but it’s not creepy, so if you don’t like reading that, I would skip this one.

Karina snuck out while he was in the shower, and neither exchanged names. Her best friend gets her dad’s pool house for her to rent and then she meets the dad, and oops, it’s her one night stand.

For 2 weeks they tried to stay away from the other, thinking it was for the best, even though they both wanted the other. She was worried about her friendship with Ruby. But, after the 2 weeks, he’s had enough of hiding his feelings.

The sex was hot, there’s just no other way to say it. I loved it. He does break up with her for a little bit after Ruby catches them together, but it doesn’t last long, they both love each other. Thankfully Ruby came around and she loved them being together. It was a great read. Great writing. The only drama was with Ruby, and it didn’t last long. Loved it.

Epilogue is 2 years later they are engaged and pregnant with twins. I gave it 4 stars. Thanks for reading. Hope you check it out. You can get the book here: Quite Frankly: Dilf Mania (Beech Grove Book 5)
