This is the 1st in the Black Hills Shifters series. This has 10 chapters and an epilogue. It’s about Cole and Aubree.

Cole and his family lost his father a few months ago and now he is Alpha. He’s been wanting his mate, but doubts he will ever find her, until his sister plays matchmaker.

I think they are both virgins as Cole doesn’t even want to go on a date with anyone other than his mate. Everything moves super fast. When they first meet, he knows she’s his mate, but she’s human. She feels the connection also.

He gets a little jealous over her texting and she doesn’t speak to him for a week. So that’s the only time they are separated. He finally tells her everything and they mate. Couple of steamy scenes.

His father was killed by wolves and they are back, and I’m guessing that storyline will continue into the next. It was a good story, but not a favorite. Epilogue has them married with 4 girls, a boy and pregnant. Good read. I give it 4 stars. Thanks for reading. Hope you check it out.
