Christmas Quickie has 10 chapters and 2 epilogues and it’s about Jack and Diane.

Jack’s assistant and business partner decides that he needs to get laid, so they tell him about this app, so to get them off his back, he makes up a profile that he feels no woman will answer.

Diane overhears Nathan and Dan discussing Jack and the Sinder app and she decides to get a makeover and signup because she’s had a crush on him for years and he’s never noticed her and he has a policy of higher ups not dating employees. She’s a virgin and he’s the only one she wants to give her virginity to.

He’s definitely surprised that he gets a response and he’s all for her. For a little bit he doesn’t want anyone else to see them together and he doesn’t even know that she works for him yet.

Lots of steaminess and I have to say, this author’s sex scenes are pretty great, little spanking, but not much. I loved them.

The only thing that I didn’t like is that he took her to the same room he used for all his casual hookups, which I know in the beginning he was thinking that he could just fk her out of his mind, but, yeah, that was the only negative for me. I do love that he didn’t want to take her virginity on the same bed he’s used with other women.

She is outed as being an employee when Nathan shows up, she thinks it’s over, but he’s not letting her go.

No drama, no separations, but just them getting together. It was a really great read. I loved it. Epilogue is a year out, then 5 years after that, they are very happily married with 4 kids.

I have to say, this is a first read from this author for me and it was pretty great. It might have been short, but I felt the connection between the two of them.
