Lochlan is the 5th in the Broken Deeds MC series. I think it’s better to read in order than to read as a standalone. This story has 19 chapters and an epilogue and is about Lochlan and Xena.

So we know from past books that Xena is a friend of Doll’s. We also know that Lochlan has always said his kid made his bracelets when anyone pokes fun, but everyone always thought he was lying, and I have to admit, I did too until Unforgiving.

I loved Xena and Lochlan together, they are hilarious bantering back and forth while he’s drunk off his ass. They both feel a connection for the other, but with their pasts, they both try to ignore it, but not for very long. She’s very protective of him.

Poor Lochlan, his story is heartbreaking. I do love that they told each other about their past, and she made it easier for him to tell the guys about his daughter.

Xena is awesome. She’s there for him and seems to know exactly what he needs. She lets things moves at his pace which he needs. She’s perfect for him.

There was also the case that they were working on, it was a little weird, but good.

Such a great emotional story. I loved it. I love this author, but this story, really there are no words for how good it was. Even with it being so emotional, Xena’s personality lightened it up. No cheating, no ow/om drama, they are only apart for a day. Just an all around good story, with some steaminess in there too.
