They meet when he goes to look at property he got to tear down. As soon as they see each other, it’s all over. Instalove to the max.

She lives in her books, so she thinks he’s a fairytale come to life.

Everything moves at super speed. She’s a virgin and he’s been celibate for years. They both fall so fast. No drama. Great writing. It’s really just a day or 2. No separations. Just lots of steam.
