Doom

I’ve worked hard to make sure I stay a nobody while my sister’s career continues to shoot into space. I like my anonymity and the life I’ve carefully carved out for myself.

That is until an angry biker forces me into the spotlight and I have no idea how to stop myself from falling…hard.

Quieting the Biker’s Rage is the 4th in the Dogs of Fire MC: Savannah Chapter series. I do recommend reading in order, but it can be read as a standalone. This has 20 chapters and an epilogue and is about Doom and Lyric.

Doom is always angry. They meet when Lyric has an accident in front of his shop. I loved their bantering right off the bat. They both are very attracted and feel a connection, but Doom decides to stay away from her.

Doesn’t last for too long, but there is a lot of push and pull that last for awhile. She went on a few dates with another guy, but didn’t do anything with him. When he tells her about his past, it is sad and I’m glad he was honest with her.

She does meet one of his ex’s for just a minute, but he never loved her and told Lyric all about her, because he thinks of her as a friend. It didn’t really bother her.

All in all, it was a great story. I loved it. I do think the push and pull happened way longer than I like. Lots of hot sex scenes.

No cheating. I never once thought Lyric came second to Doom’s past. Epilogue is only 2 months out, but they are married and just giving birth to a little boy. Great read. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars.  Thanks for reading. Hope you check it out.
