Must Love Dogs is an anthology for charity, showcasing sixteen love stories that feature mans best friend. Service animals are an integral part of society. They help people with various ailments and cope with the day to day that most people take for granted. For this anthology, we are raising money for one young lady in particular named Kali Forbach, as she strives to raise money for a service dog of her own to help with her own ailment. Come join us as we celebrate these lovable creatures and take you on an unforgettable journey of love and acceptance as we help one remarkable young lady.

I received an ARC for an honest review.

Must Love Dogs has 16 stories by 18 authors. I will add my thoughts on all that I read. Each story moves very fast as they are all very short. Each one has a service dog that is very special.

Because of Blue by Pixie Chica

Has 4 chapters with 2 epilogues and is about Isaiah, Lynn and her service dog Blue.

They meet because his daughter falls in love with Lynn’s dog Blue, and kind of plays matchmaker.

Isaiah is raising his friends daughter as his own and Lynn has been in an abusive relationship.

Instalove when they meet. I actually found the connection a little off for me, but it was still a good story.

I love that he knows to go slow. It was cute, just a little story with absolutely no drama. Just 3 people and a furbaby becoming a family.

Sweet, one steamy scene, no virgins-both celibate for years, no drama, no cheating, no separations.

Epilogues are at 8 years, then 10 years. They are very happily married and their daughter finds her one in the 2nd epilogue. I gave it 🌟🌟🌟 ½

Bearly Lovable by Loni Ree

Has 5 chapters with an epilogue and is about Liam and Kennedy.

They meet when Liam sister lets Kennedy and her family move in with a dog and Liam wants the dog to go.

Sparks fly when they meet, which I thought was great and you can definitely feel it between them. I loved their bantering.

Everything moves super fast. She’s a virgin.

No real drama, no cheating, no separations other than distance for a minute.

Good, cute read with a good bit of steam. I liked this one.

Epilogue is 2 ½ years out. They are happily married with 3 kids.  I gave it 🌟🌟🌟 ½

Nosey Love by S.E. Isaac

Has 7 chapters with an epilogue and is about Katarina, Michael and his service dog Lucy. This is a second chance love story.

They were best friends and high school sweethearts who were very much in love, before he just up and left. Doesn’t specify how long they have been apart.

Now they are being brought back together cause he’s gone blind and her mom asked her to help him and she just quit her job.

We do find out the reason he left. I really wish there was mention if both had been celibate since they’ve been apart.

Just another cute story with them figuring out each other, Katarina helping Michael come to terms about being blind and bonding with his service dog Lucy.

No drama, no cheating, no separations once they see each other again. Not steamy. Good read. I liked it.

Things do move fast. I didn’t really feel the connection as we do see very much of their past.

Epilogue is 4 years out. They are happily married with a daughter. I gave it 🌟🌟🌟 ½

Sashy’s Salvation by Darlene Tallman

Has 5 chapters with an epilogue and is about Trick, Sashy and her service dog Mico.

I love that we get to see a glimpse of their past. They were best friends growing up when that turned to love. She left for the army while he stayed and trained dogs to help veterans.

They were both so in love with the other. I thought it was really sweet.

She comes home 5 years later, she feels broken so she thinks letting Trick go would be the best thing. She loves him that much, but he definitely isn’t letting her go.

I loved this actually. It was written so well. Flow is great, which makes for a great read.

Can definitely feel the emotions in this one. I love that they were each other’s one and only.

No cheating, no ow/om drama, no steam, they are separated for 5 years by distance, but then she does push away for a few weeks. Just Sashy trying to live with what she’s been through and Trick never letting her go.

Great read, I did really love this one. Epilogue is 10 years out. They are happily married with a daughter. It does say at the end that the author is going to release a full novel in 2020. I gave it 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Sit, Stay, Mine by Chashiree M

Has 5 chapters with 2 epilogues and is about Zach, Lynn and her dog Bingo.

Lynn works for Zach’s dad. They met a year ago and they have both been crushing on the other. Thankfully, we don’t have to wait the year for them to get together as he’s finally ready to claim her.

Connection is a little off for me with the characters. Doesn’t really flow together seamlessly, kind of choppy. She was a virgin. No steam. Still a good read though.

Epilogue is 6 months, then 6 years later. They are happily married with 2 boys, a girl and pregnant with another girl. I gave it 🌟🌟🌟 ½

Unleashed Love by Ember Flint

Has 6 chapters with 2 epilogues and is about Axel, Tess, her cats and the little pup Didar.

Instalove on both of their parts when they met a month ago. They are neighbors. They both work so much and Axel thinks he’s not good enough for her, so he doesn’t make a move for a little while and she thinks he doesn’t like her.

Thankfully, it’s a short story, which means they get together pretty quickly.

Both have been celibate for years. A couple of hot steamy scenes.

Really, just a cute little story. I loved it. No drama, no cheating and no separations.

Furry Ever After by Tracie Douglas

Has 4 chapters with an epilogue and is about Zoey, Lucas and his service dog Hope.

They meet when Zoey tries to help Lucas deal, and get him with Hope.

Definite instaconnection from the beginning.

Both have been celibate for a while. Steam hits in last chapters and it is hot.

Cute story. No real drama, just getting Lucas to work with Hope and them getting together.I liked it. Flowed well, which made for an easy read.

Epilogue is 9 months out. They just had a baby girl. I do wish for an epilogue that is further out and I wish it would have said if they got married. Still a good story though. I gave it 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Four-Legged Hero by Jaime Russell

Has 3 chapters with an epilogue and is about Amelia and her foster family.

I thought it was cute and heartbreaking. She lost her family in a traumatic way so she quit talking until she fell for Runt. Good cute story. Flow is a little off, but still good.

Epilogue is a year out. I gave it 🌟🌟🌟

Man’s (Not) Best Friend by DC Renee

Has 9 chapters with an epilogue and is about Kianna, Duke and his service dog Breezer.

Duke has epilepsy so his doctor wants him to get a service dog, but he’s extremely scared of them. Kianna is hired as his therapist to try to help him accept it easier.

Instaconnection/love at first meet. Things move a little slow because she’s his therapist and really wants to help him. They both want the other, but know that they can’t do anything until he’s no longer a patient, which kicks him in gear a little bit.

I actually thought this was a cute story. It took till the last chapter but it was really good. Flow was good so it made for an easy read.

When the Raindrops Fell by Chelle C. Craze

Has 11 chapters and is about Rayna, Enzo and his service dog Karma.They both are going through the same thing. Grieving over a loved one.

It’s just a few weeks in time and the author states there will be a full novel in 2020.

Yeah, this one was a little awkward for me, definitely wasn’t for me and due to that, I won’t rate as I don’t rate less than 3 stars.

D.A.W.G.S. by Letha Gene

Has 5 chapters and is about Wolf, Michelle and her service dog.

I do want to warn that Michelle has been through a lot. Her father sexually abused her from a young age and had her kidnapped and sold to the highest bidder where she was raped and traded to others.

We are kind of thrown in the middle of things and to be honest, this one is a little confusing which makes it a hard story to read. Doesn’t flow well and it feels like I’m missing a big chunk of the story. Lot of telling. Just weird. I’m not a fan of this one.

She’s pregnant at the end. Again, I won’t rate a story less than 3 stars.

Top Dog by MK Moore

Has 5 chapters with an epilogue and is about Jeremy, Ethel and her service dog Ten.

Jeremy trains dogs and they meet when Ethel brings Ten in. From her phone call, he feels a connection. Definite instaconnection when they actually meet.

She’s a virgin and he’s been celibate for years. Very steamy.

Good read, I thought. Reads easy. No drama, just them getting together, no cheating, no separations.

Epilogue is one month out. It’s their wedding day and they are pregnant. I really wish epilogue was a little further out, but it was still a great read. I gave it 🌟🌟🌟 ½

Say Uncle: Doggy Style by CM Steele 

Has 4 chapters with an epilogue and is about Dean and Angel.

This is just a brief glimpse into their life now. If you want to see them from the beginning, you can read Say Uncle.

They’ve been married for 10 years and they have 6 kids and are pregnant. It was instalove when they first met and they’ve been together ever since. Lots of steam, which I loved. Can never doubt these 2 love the other.

They adopted 2 dogs and paid for some other dogs to be trained to be service pups.

This is just a brief look into their married life. They are still very much in love. I loved it. Thought it was a great addition.

As for the whole book itself. I loved it actually. To read what a service dog can do, that each one is special and each one can be trained to do different things, it was pretty amazing. Lots of emotions in most of the stories, but this book is definitely worth a read. I loved it.

Most of the stories were really great and most were safe. I gave it 🌟🌟🌟🌟
