As soon as I hit my hometown, the magic starts to strangle me. Hidden Falls is meant to be a safe haven for people like me, though I’ve denied who I am since I left.

I have a week to convince my mom to move to Boston, to prove she’d be happier there, just as I am. Who wouldn’t be as the CEO of a thriving company? However, I fear she wants me to have the life she never did.

When I meet Ashley, everything I want blurs, her thick curves and sultry voice twisted my previous plan. Her very being is something I’ve hated for years, yet it’s pulling me in tighter and making me want her desperately.

I need to make her mine. Can I claim her and leave this world behind for good?

Ashley is a witch and proud of it, while Mason is a warlock and doesn’t use his powers and doesn’t want to.

They meet when he goes to her shop to grab something for his mother.

They don’t really get off on the right foot and he does hesitate because he doesn’t want a life with magic in it, and he has a very understandable reason. Everything changes with Ashley though. He wants her as his.

You know, I really liked this one. Yeah, he spoke like a jerk a few times, but I loved it. He admitted when he was wrong and he explained.

Flows well, so it makes for a fast read.

Great read, I thought. The only drama is just them learning each other and the pizza delivery guy. Over quickly.

No cheating, no ow drama, no separations, dual virgins.

Epilogue is a few weeks, then 5 years out. They are happily married with 2 kids and pregnant.
