Blurb: The second Penelope Banks stepped into his office, Jackson knew that she was trouble. She could fight it if she wanted to, but the lust in those baby blues said all he needed to know. Penny belonged to him. Now, all he had to do was claim her.
The second she stepped into Jackson Steele’s office, Penny knew he was trouble. The man had everything in one look that could take down a hoard of women: sexy, pure, raw appeal. If she was smart, she’d keep her distance. And she sure tried, but no one can fight their forever.
This is the 3rd book in the series.
May be spoilers:
Jackson is the 3rd in A Steele Riders MC series. It can be read as a standalone, but I definitely recommend reading in order. This has 29 chapters and an epilogue and is about Jackson and Penny.
We’ve seen Jackson from the 1st book as he is Boomer and Morgan’s brother.
Penny is renting space from Boomer to open up a bakery.
The prologue is pretty much the same from Boomer, but it’s told in Jackson’s POV.
Their first few meetings do not go well even though it was insta connection right off the bat. She’s very rude, which makes him be rude back.
We finally find out why she pushes him away. He’s all in from that point. She is attacked, but Jackson rescues her.
She’s a virgin and he’s been celibate for many years. Steam happens later in the story. Once they quit fighting it, I loved it. Great read. Lots of steam.
No cheating, no ow drama, no separations once they get together.
Epilogue is a few months out, then 6 years later. They are happily married with 4 kids. I gave it 🌟🌟🌟🌟. Thanks for reading.
