Review: Falling Fast by Aurora Rose Reynolds

Published 2017

Colton Allyster is relieved to be back home. After a year of rehabilitation, losing his career as a Marine along with his fiancée, he’s had to learn quickly what’s really important. Colton grew up wanting to serve his country. Managing his parents’ biker bar was never part of his plan, but after meeting Gia Caro, he’s beginning to think that’s exactly where he’s meant to be.

Ever since Gia Caro arrived in the small, sleepy town of Ruby Falls, Tennessee, her life has spiraled out of control. Between losing her grandmother a little more each day to dementia, and her hot boss’s constant attention, her once quiet existence isn’t so quiet anymore.

After weeks of sidestepping Colton, things get out of hand, and before Gia knows what’s happening, she’s spending her nights in his bed and her mornings in his kitchen. And as he cleans out drawers and makes room in his closet, she starts to wonder if she’s falling too fast.

Falling Fast is one of my go to rereads. I love this story so much. It has 12 chapters with an epilogue and is about Colton and Gia.

Gia, she’s had it rough. She just found out her grandmother was still alive and needed her and she dropped everything to be with her. She has no one, until she finds Colton.

Colton has had it rough too. He’s out of the Marine’s and finally able to walk again after everything he went through. He was engaged at one point, but she was shallow and broke up with him. Now she wants him back but, no worries, he doesn’t feel anything towards her any longer.

Colton and Gia meet as she applies and gets a job at his family’s bar. Definite insta on Colton’s part. Gia is a little more hesitant, even though she felt it too.

I love how everyone accepts her right off the bat and how Colton is all in with her from first look, even though he takes it slow cause that’s what she needs.

Colton is awesome. I just loved him. There was no hesitation with him at all. He just knew he had to take his time with her.

The only drama is from his ex who doesn’t want to leave them alone. She causes some problems, but not relationship problems.

There is nothing keeping him from Gia.

I loved these two together. Such a great story. I loved it.

Kept me interested from start to finish. Great read. Flowed nicely which makes for a fast read.

No cheating, ow drama-the ex, no om drama, no separations.

Epilogue is 3 years out then a year later. They are happily married with a son and daughter. I gave it 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Thanks for reading.
