This is a reread for me as I needed to refresh myself so that I can read the newest-Cherishing His Forever.

Loving His Forever is the 2nd in the Forever series. Each can be read as a standalone, but I recommend reading in order. It has 22 chapters with an epilogue and is about Braelyn and Ethan. I do recommend reading this series in order as they meet in the first story.

She’s a good friend of Sydney’s from the first story.

I do want to warn that this story does have talk about rape as Braelyn was drug and raped. I know some have a hard time reading stories with that in them, so I like to mention it.

Some parts are descriptive. Rape does happen offpage, but we read her memories, nightmares.

I feel for her. Her father was abusive.

So this one, bits are from Sydney’s story, but told in Braelyn and Ethan’s point of view.

This starts with Braelyn going to Sydney for help as her rapist has found her. She’s starving and been on the street for 2 years. It’s been 3 years since she’s seen Sydney.

Ethan is Sydney’s brother and a police officer. Ethan and Braelyn meet when Sydney calls him in for help for Braelyn.

Instalove for Ethan. He knows she’s his as soon as he sees her.

You can definitely feel her pain, her fear, but you can also feel her strength.

Ethan, I just loved him. He’s there for her from the very beginning. He’s so sweet, protective and patient.

There is a lot going on in this story. I loved it. Kept my attention from start to finish.

I love that we get to see other characters from other stories.

Lots of steam even with it starting later in the story. Great read.

No cheating, no ow drama, om-her attacker, no separations.

Epilogue is a year out, then 18 years later. They are happily married with 2 kids.
