Cleo has been working for X for 15 months and she’s so in love with him, but with how she was treated by her family, she’s very down on herself and doesn’t believe he would ever go for her.

He’s in love with her just as much, but he thinks he has too much baggage for her.

She’s very close with the whole family, which is pretty great.

She’s a virgin and he’s been celibate for many years.

I love that he sees her as his, regardless if he’s made a move or not.

His twins mother is deceased, but he didn’t love her at all, so it didn’t bother me.

It takes till almost the end, with a misunderstanding, to actually voice their feelings for each other. I do wish that it hadn’t taken the whole story, but it was still good and worth it.

It’s a good read though. Didn’t skim. Kept my attention all the way through.

No cheating between mcs-ex cheated on him, no om drama, split second of ow-didn’t last long and it was unwanted, no separations.

Epilogue is 27 months out, then 4 years later. They are happily married with 5 kids and pregnant.

It might have taken a while to profess their feelings to each other, but I could feel the emotions, so it was still good. Read fast and flowed well. I gave it 🌟🌟🌟🌟. Thanks for reading.
