My driver almost ran her over on a dark rainy night. Imagine my surprise when the drowned rat that I first mistook for a street urchin turned out to be the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen in my life. It was her eyes, captivating. My interest was instantly piqued. Things took a turn though when I drove her home, straight to my enemy’s door. An enemy I’ve been plotting to destroy for the past seven years, ever since he killed my sister. But I can’t stay away from her, even if she’s the sister in law of the man I hate most in the world. How do I protect that love and still carry out my need for vengeance?

Captivated has 14 chapters with an epilogue and is about Michele and Damien.

I have to admit that I’m a huge fan of stories that start off with them together, just like this one does.

We do get the back story. His driver almost ran him over and he fell for her right off the bat. She’s living with his enemy as he is her sister’s husband.

Everything moves fast. She’s a virgin. Lots of steam.

I did like it, but I love steamy stories.

It’s just about them finding each other, lots of steam, and finding out what is going on with her sister and brother in law.

Good read. No cheating between mcs, no ow/om drama, no separations.

Epilogue doesn’t really say how long it’s been, I’m thinking a few months. They are married and just giving birth to a son.

I really liked how all in he was.
