Luca:

Loved by the Mafia Underboss is the 2nd in the Moscatelli Crime Family series. It has 19 chapters with an epilogue and is about Luca and Freya. I do recommend reading this series in order as we met both in the previous story.

Luca is Matteo’s 2nd and Freya is best friends with Darlene.

They both feel a connection and both have painful pasts.

I love how they were with each other, even the sniping.

I think I smiled most of the way through.

I love that they talk to each other about their past.

Just a little push/pull from Freya as she doesn’t think she’s good enough.

She’s a virgin and he’s been with one person about 18 years ago.

Lots of steam and sweet moments.

This story is just them figuring out each other and dealing with her past.

Freya’s past comes up and she runs for a week.

I loved this one. So sweet together and needed each other. I loved it.

Kept my attention start to finish.

No cheating, no ow/om drama, week separation.

Epilogue is a month out. They are engaged and pregnant. Do wish it was further out, but it was still a very good read. Loved the steaminess.
