Review: Josie’s Miracle by Dawn Sullivan

Published 2014

A doctor for the White River Wolves, Josie Bennett is devoted to her pack and her calling to heal those in need. Then one fateful night changes everything.

As an enforcer for the Shifter Council, Ryker Kain has pledged himself to the council and dedicated his life to serving and protecting its members.

Ryker and Josie cross paths when Ryker is sent to track down a rogue wolf pack that has kidnapped and terrorized a young female fox shifter. Unable to fight the mate bond, they surrender to the undeniable desire between them.

When Ryker must leave to complete his mission, will the passion that brought them together be enough to fight the ties that threaten to tear them apart?

Warning: I do want to warn that if you have triggers, the Rare and White River Wolves series are not for you. Rape is a big part of the story line and it’s mentioned in most, if not all of the stories.

I reread this series occasionally. Keeps my attention start to finish.

You definitely want to read these series in the order that they are intended. The author has the order up on her webpage. It’s a continuous storyline with the main characters changing in each.

Josie’s Miracle is the 1st in the White River Wolves series, and it should be read after Phoenix’s Fate. The order line up is on the author’s web page. It has 11 chapters and is about Josie and Ryker.

So we’ve met Josie in the first 2 stories. She’s a doctor and a wolf shifter and Chase is her alpha.

Ryker is a bear shifter and is a council enforcer, but he’s been working with the RARE team.

We know from the previous stories that the General has created a breeding program putting psychic abilities with shifters.

They meet when she’s found Phoenix’s son and killed the man who had him.

No hesitation with either of them.

I love seeing everyone.

In this one, Ryker and Josie find each. Ryker and Storm are on a mission that goes a little sideways.

Just another great read. This one didn’t share much about the general.

Reads fast. Flows well.

No cheating, no ow/om drama, separation by distance only.

No epilogue as it is a continuing storyline.

At the end:Angel is still not willing to mate as she feels to keep them safe, she can’t. Flame and Bran haven’t mated yet and neither have Trace and Jade.

I gave it 🌟🌟🌟🌟. Thanks for reading.
