Janie’s Salvation is the 3rd in the White River Wolves series, but 8th in the reading order. It has 14 chapters and is about Janie and Xavier.

Recap: Janie’s was rescued by RARE from the general. She was part of his breeding program. So, she was raped repeatedly and she had her daughter. Xavier knows she’s his mate.

We see her memories of how she was captured after being kicked out of her pack for not being able to shift. She’s had a heartbreaking life, more so when she was being held as prisoner.

Xavier is a wolf shifter and an enforcer.

I love how he gives her time, but still protects her and comforts her by sleeping outside her window. So very sweet.

This was just a very sweet read of these two coming together and dealing with her past.

Great read. I loved it. Talk of rape was not descriptive.

Still loved seeing everyone.

No cheating, no ow/om drama-bad guy-blip, separation by distance only, no epilogue as it’s a continuing storyline.

At the end: Jinx is still with the general, Jeremiah is still missing, Rikki’s still in a coma, Flame and Bran are still not mated.
