Unbreakable is the 4th (5th-on Amazon) in The Kings of Retribution MC series. It has 26 chapters with an epilogue and it is about Jake and Grace.
I do recommend reading this series in order.
Jake is the president of his MC. His wife died 15 years ago. Not a huge fan of dead loves, but I don’t mind when it’s shown that the heroine isn’t second best.
He’s been moving very slow with Grace. They’ve been getting to know each other for 2 years. She’s been gone for 6 months at the start of the story.
Thankfully, we don’t have to wait the 6 months.
Grace is on the run from her past, but also from Jake as she feels so much for him, but she’s very scared.
Love that Jake is all in, regardless if she’s gone or not. He doesn’t stop looking.
Neither are virgins. Both have been celibate since meeting. Thankfully.
I will say that the connection was a little shaky for me in the beginning, but it still worked.
Love seeing past characters. Love the world building. Definitely can feel the emotions of each character. Makes me love each one.
Lots of violence.
No cheating between mcs-Grace was married, but she’s on the run from him, so it didn’t bother me, no ow drama, om-just the husband/bad guy, 6 month separation.
Epilogue is just a few months out. They are happily married with 2 daughters.
Great read. Reads fast and easy. One of those stories you just don’t want to put down.
I gave it ★★★★☆. Have you read it?
