Blurb: As a professional poker player, Lia Carrington is used to taking risks…except when it comes to men.

From the moment Becket Parker spotted the gorgeous gambler at his table, he knew she was meant to be his.

Now he’s just got to convince her that he’s a bet worth taking.

May be spoilers:

Bet Me, Baby is part of A Vegas, Baby novella series. Each is a standalone, but we did meet Becket in It’s Vegas, Baby, for like a split second.

So, this story is about Becket and Lia. It has 12 chapters and an epilogue. I think they both felt the instaconnection when they met. It’s been years since either of them have been with anyone else and thankfully we don’t have to see any exes.

Just a smidge of drama from the bad guy, but it was over quickly.

Just a short to the point story that was steamy right off the bat. Great read. No cheating, no separations, no virgins, no ow/om drama. Just a great little story.

Epilogue doesn’t say how far out, but they are happily married and having a son. Great quick read.

I gave it 4.5 out of 5 stars.  Thanks for reading. Hope you check it out.
