Prisoners of Love is the 1st in the Second Chances series. Has 14 chapters and 2 epilogues and is about Royce and Alice.

These 2 fell in love at first sight. You could feel how much they loved each other. I’m very glad we got to see their beginning. She was a virgin and he’d been celibate for a long time. They get engaged right before he goes for his last mission.

Alice has thought that Royce has  been dead for 6 years. Chapter 1 starts with him finally coming home.

Thankfully, she’s been celibate, even thinking that he’s dead. She loved him still.

Definitely feel the emotions when they see each other for the first time after 6 years.

Everything moves super fast. There are a few steamy scenes. The only drama was from her boss, but that was over pretty quickly and his past for a split second.

All in all, it was a cute story. I loved it. No cheating, no ow drama, om drama was from her boss, 6 year separation where she thought he was dead.

Epilogue is 6 years out, then 7 years later. They are happily married with 3 kids. Pretty good read. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars.  Thanks for reading. Hope you check it out.
