There’s a vulnerability there that makes me want to wrap her in my arms and never let her go. When I find out the same prison that nearly killed me was trying to cover up another incident, one involving the woman I can’t stop staring at — the goddess with the body of a porn star — fury flows through me. Whatever it takes, I’ll keep her safe, because if there’s one thing I’ve learned it’s that what happens in that prison doesn’t stay there. Whoever hurt her will be coming, and I’m going to be ready for them. No one touches what’s mine, and Jordan may not realize it but I’m not letting her go.

Havoc is the 3rd in the Devil’s Boneyard MC series. This has 12 chapters and an epilogue and is about Havoc  and Jordan. I do recommend reading in order as we see characters from the other stories in this one too.

We meet Jordan first who is getting an early release from prison because I guard tried to force himself on her. She was in for assault. Her family has ignored her and pretty much disowned her.

They meet when Havoc finds her passed out on the side of the road from the heat and him and some of the other men take her back to the compound. They both feel the connection even though he’s a jerk in the beginning.

He knows from the release papers that something had to have happened cause he got the same papers. He’s pissed.

Everything moves super fast. He’s pretty much claimed her right off the bat which is my type of story. Her story is sad and her brothers are asses, well, one is dead, and one is ok, the other, not so much.

There are some hot, steamy scenes with a little spanking thrown in. Slight ow drama from one of the club girls that wants him, but it’s over quickly.

Havoc gets taken and Jordan finds out she’s pregnant. She’s hurting and you can feel everything they are going through. He’s gone for 3 months when she decides enough is enough. The men aren’t able to get information from the guy they have locked up, but she does. Little gruesome, but she is badass. If you don’t like reading about a woman who is more alpha than some men, you’ll want to skip this one. She is awesome.

She had help, but she was the driving force on saving Havoc. Have I said I loved this? I did. I think this might be my favorite of the series. It was awesome. They were separated, but only by distance, neither were with others.

There is slight talk to rape as there were young girls in Columbia that had to have sex with the fighters if they wanted and some were under age and even though they offered themselves, it wasn’t willingly. Nothing ever descriptive. With the guard, it was said he grabbed her, and pulled her pants down, but that was as far as it went.

Great read. I loved seeing characters from her other books. Epilogue is only 2 months out, and they get engaged and we already know she’s pregnant. I do know that we’ll be seeing them in books to come. I loved it. I gave it 5 out of 5 stars. Normally I subtract a point for separations, but I just couldn’t do it with this one as it wasn’t by choice and Jordan alone was worth 5 stars.   Thanks for reading. Hope you check it out.
